A mix up with my travel documents has left me stranded (did I mention what bad luck I have with air travel???), and as Zen as I am trying to be about this situation, I am a little stressed.

My body’s usual response to stress is to go into hibernation, but since I have a 6k “race” coming up next month, I am going to try to run off this stress instead.  I have been making pretty good progress with my running goal this month, much better than the last three months combined so I have high hopes for next month’s run (stay tuned for details).

On a completely unrelated note, I saw The Hunger Games last night.  Holy Crap, that is a good movie!  I have become a total Katniss fanatic.  If you have not seen this movie, please correct that oversight immediately.

    I really liked The Hunger Games, too.
